Refund policy

We have a 1-week return policy, which means you have 1-week after receiving your item to request a return.

1. 95% of the metal rate on the current days metal rate + loss on labour + loss on wastage during melting.(Eternos products returned to Eterno)

2. 95% - 20% of the metal rate on the current day's metal rate + loss on labour + loss on wastage during melting.(If the product is not an Eterno product)

3. If platinum is studded with Diamond then the Diamond certificate is required (If product is not an Eterno product)

4. If a refund has been accepted, It would take 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited to the customers bank account.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy:

1. We accept the exchange of gold for platinum

2. The 7 days exchange policy after examining the product. It gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide it to you with a 10% deduction on metal weight price + loss on labour + loss on wastage during melting or exchange it for any other item from our store.

3. Any request for further services or Exchange/Buyback of the products or complaints should be accompanied by the original invoice/receipts and certificates.
